- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a Conference Center facility to provide primary meeting space, overnight accommodations, breakout rooms, 3 meals daily for each participant, continuous beverage breaks, standard audio-visual equipment, use of conference center facilities, and parking from September 19-24, 2004 as follows: CONFERENCE FACILITY: Conference facility to accommodate 75 participants (September 20-23, 2004) 7 Break Out rooms (September 20-23, 2004) AM & PM Breaks (September 20-23) T1 Internet connection in 5 of the 7 Break-out rooms (September 20-23, 2004) 1 Copier and 1 telephone in 1 Break-out room (September 20-23, 2004 2 Wireless Microphones (September 20-23, 2004) ACCOMMODATIONS: September 19th ? Lodging ACCOMMODATION for 10 participants September 20th ? Lodging ACCOMMODATION for 75 participants September 21st ? Lodging ACCOMMODATION for 75 participants September 22nd ? Lodging ACCOMMODATION for 75 participants September 23rd ?
