Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes t he only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION W9127S-04-T-0081 IS ISSUED AS A Request for Quotation (RFQ) by Little Rock District Corps of Engineers, PO Box 867, Little Rock, AR 72203-086 7. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333996, however, this acquisition is issued on an unrestricted basis. Quotations are due on August 6, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Central DST. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be accepted. Fax quotations are not allo wed. Offerors are advised that only offers submitted on a firm fixed price basis will be considered, and offers submitted on other than a firm fixed price basis will be rejected. Offers for other than the above brand/model will be rejected as nonresponsive. Your offer should show both a unit price for each item and a total amount for each item. O&M MANUALS Two Operation and Mainte nance Manuals are to be provided for this item. Items are to be delivered FOB Destination to MILLWOOD LAKE OFFICE-MWPO, 1528 HWY 32E, ASHDOWN AR 71822-9716 within 40 days of receipt of award.
