- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citzenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Accusoft Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, ony one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DHS/USCIS has a requirement for recurring ImageGear licensing (ImageGear Professional V13 server licenses, ImageGear Professional v13 runtime licenses, ImageGear Professional SDK v13). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received within 7 days of this posting. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A Request for Proposal (RFP) package is not available.
