- ISSUE DATE: AUGUST 9, 2004. Solicitation HSCGG1-04-Q-3WK203A. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal required to perform overhaul and repair services on two (2) low pressure, fire tube heating boilers (Cleaver Brooks model CB-200-80) and equipment operating since 1987, at the Bldg. 15, USCG ISC Boston, Boston, MA (Suffolk County). Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of fire tubes, refractories, safety devices, gauges, sealing brackets, boiler cleaning, reinsulation of piping, repairs to boiler room ceiling, and related incidental work. NAICS code is 238290, with a size standard of $12 Million. Construction range is between $25,000-$100,000. Solicitation will be issued on August 9, 2004, and may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.eps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on this web site. The due date for receipt of price quotations is August 31, 2004. Performance is estimated to be a total of 75 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings and any amendments may be accessed for download at no charge beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.eps.gov.
