- The Government intends to add this NSN or item to the existing contract,SP0760-02-D-9731 on a price pending basis. Additional NSNs will be added as necessary. Any interested offeror requiring additional information may contact the contracting officer for complete details. This item is sole source to Dresser-Rand (0AT62) and the Government intends to contract with Dresser-Rand only. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. NSN 4820-01-263-2963 P/N W132418. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1). Approved source is Dresser-Rand.
