- NSN 1560-00-979-5220, Panel, Structural, Drawing 65-28208 & 66-4545. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. Rights Guard applies. Government Mylars applies and will be provided after award. Export Control applies - Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet at: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084, www.dlis.dla.mil. QAP 008 applies. Requested delivery is 125 days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside on a Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the estimated annual demand of 16 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 4 each. Maximum quantities 32 each. Quantities apply to both base and option years. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue date is August 13, 2004.
