- Description
- The Pine Hills Fire Station Project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials necessary to drill and develop vertical water well at the Station. The work also includes waterline and electric line installation and electrical panel installation. Additive work includes the destruction of an abandoned 260 foot vertical water well. The Pine Hills Fire Station is located in Julian California on the Cleveland National Forest in San Diego County. From San Diego, CA travel North on Interstate 15 for approximately 20 miles to Highway 78 in Escondido. Then travel East for approximately 40 miles past Ramona to Pine Hills Road. Then turn right and travel South for approximately 6.4 miles to Eagle Peak Road. Eagle Peak Road joins Boulder Creek Road (13S06). Follow Boulder Creek Road to the Fire Station on the right side of the road. Recommended contract time is 45 days. NAICS code: 237110 Size Standard $28.5 million. Offers due by noon September 8, 2004. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000; 20% Bid Bond is required.
