Description

Solicitation Number SB1341-04-Q-0767 dated July 22, 2004 is hereby amended to respond to technical questions submitted. Question: in the solicitation it is mentioned that the system should be able to measure luminescence, in some forms of luminescence (e.g. Chemilumescence) a cooled camera is required. Would a cooled camera be required for this solicitation? Answer: A cooled camera is not required in our application. One of our requirements is that the camera shall be able to measure radiance and luminance from 380nm to 780 nm. Luminance and luminescence are different quantities.The current response date, August 02, 2004 @ 3 pm local time, remains unchanged.
