Description

The Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement to provide natural gas supply and transportation service to the David Skaggs Research Center (DSRC), 125 Broadway, Boulder, CO. The solicitation number is RA133E-04-RP-0020, and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 221210, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. FAR Part 12 procedures apply. The usage is approximately 24,740 dtherms per year. Contract is to be awarded for a base period and nine option years. Any amendment(s) hereto will only be published in the FedBizOpps.
