- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to procure subscription services of a contractor's existing on-line system to allow appraisers in the Los Angeles HUD office to extract assessor parcel identification numbers (search by); addresses (search by); ownership (search by); property sales history; assessed values; real estate taxes; lot sizes; improvement information, detailed for single family residences, and limited for other types of properties; property characteristics; assessor parcel maps; locator maps; comparable data limited to 1998 and beyond; unlimited historical data; and on-line access to the data. The on-line system should provide complete Assessors Property information, for the following counties: Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura. HUD will procure these services as a unrestricted procurement under FAR Part 13 as a RFQ. For purposes of determining size status, NAICS code 541990 with $6M in annual receipts will be used. The RFQ will be available on or about 8-9-2004.
