- This modification corrects an updated notice released on July 22, 2004 as the solicitation for Information Technology services in support of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) software development, operations and maintenance support. Interested firms need to read this notice completely and follow instructions provided. The entire notice is found on the Federal Business Opportunity website under the Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Washington, DC offices. The requirement will be for a base year and four option years, and is a 100% set aside for service-disabled-veteran-owned small businesses under NAICS 541519, size standard $21 million. This procurement is a commercial item procurement and is being streamlined in accordance with the requirements of FAR Part 12. A paper solicitation will not be issued. THE CORRECT COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED TO THIS MODIFICATION AS "Solicitation 02" in the FedBizOps MS Word files for this solicitation. The wrong document was pasted, in error, and the correct document is provided by this notice. The Statement of Work remains as previously posted. The due date and time for this solicitation remains as previously posted.
