Description

Contract shall provide all materials, equipment, tools and labor to upgrade the HVAC system for the north wing (B Wing) of building 1 by replacing existing air handling unit and upgrading piping and controls on the 2nd and 3rd floor (north wing). This unit supplies HVAC to part of the inpatient ward on 3rd floor and to specialty clinics on 2nd floor. These areas will need careful coordination and phasing. Other work included in this project is upgrade to the HVAC system serving the computer room and providing new HVAC to parts of building 4. All work will be per drawings and specifications. Located at the Cheyenne VAMC, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Cost range is $250,000 to $500,000 - NAIC Code 238220. Solicitation request must be in writing and accompanied by a refundable company check (no personel checks) in the amount of $40.00 per package to the above address - attn: Jane Golding (90C). Specs and drawings will also be placed in Fedbizopps after August 9, 2004. A site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2004 at 1 pm - Building 11. Bids due Sept. 8, 2004 a pm in building 4. This project is Service-Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business Set Aside.
