- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to Update the Primary Electrical Distribution System, Phase I at the VA Medical Center, St. Cloud, MN as described in specifications and drawings to include but not limited to general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Electronic solicitation documents may be obtained FREE of charge via the fedbizopps.gov website. Requests for hard copy solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a check for $30.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Only ONE request for hard copies will be honored per contractor. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. The drawings are in CAD format and can only be opened with CAD. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available on www.fedbizopps.gov website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Issue date is July 23, 2004, Pre-Bid Conference is August 16 2004 at 1:00 p.m. with Bid Opening September 8, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. The cost range is $575,000 to $675,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. No electronic offers will be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
