- Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for removal of existing plant materials and railroad tie planters and the installation of new plant materials, staining existing concrete walks, two new metal awnings, furnishings, drip irrigation system, and other related landscape improvements. All work on this project must be accomplished between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday unless specific authorization is granted. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications and all federal, state local codes and regulations. Estimated Cost $25,00-$100,000. Bids will be available by written/fax request only 570-821-7277 on August 4, 2004. Site visit will be conducted on July 29, 2004 @ 10:30am, Bldg 1, Room C6-01, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Bid opeining will be August 30, 2004 @ 2:30pm. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Offers from other than small business contractors will not be considered. No documents will be posted on the web, only paper documents avialable. Subject to Availability of Funds.
