Description

This solicitation will also be an Unfunded Request For Proposal (URFP) Solicitaion number will be URFP072P. This project has Fill or Kill authority. Fill or Kill authority projects may be funded with only FY04 fallout money that may become available prior to fiscal year end or after fiscal year end but not later than 31 December 2004. Fill or Kill authority offers may be opened the day offers are due or at sometime in the future when funding has been promised but no later then 31 December 2004. All offers presented must provide for acceptance through 31 December 2004 or offers will be considered non-responsive. Should no funding be promised the offers may remain unopened. Incorrect Small Business Size was listed in initial RFP072P Synopsis. Small Business Size is $28.5M. See RFP072P Synopsis posted 21 July 2004 for additional information.
