Description: This notice constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.The solicitation number W912CN-04-T-0697 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses that ar e in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Additional information for this solicitation can be downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The North American Industry Classif ication System code is 332995, with a small business standard of 500 employees. The acquisition is a firm-fixed requirements contract for 50 each Portable Infantry Target Systems and 3 each Hand Held Controllers. Delivery shall be made FOB destination (F AR 52.247-34) to location specified on Solicitation W912CN-04-T-0697. The Government is planning to make the contract award under a GSA Schedule contract. The required delivery date is 30 August 2004. Offerors who fail to follow the format and requireme nts listed may be found unacceptable. Only quotes with acceptable products will be considered. Award will be made to the responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price with acceptable past performance and ability to meet the requirements and delivery schedule. The government may award a contract based on initial offers received, without discussion of such offers; therefore, initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. Full clauses re quirements can be viewed at the ASFI for the above referenced solicitation. Solicitation package can be requested via e-mail, mail, or fax. Quotes shall be e-mailed, mailed, or faxed to the Army Contracting Agency-Pacific Region, ATTN: MAJ Luis Crespo, P alm Circle, Bldg. 122, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858-5025, Fax number: (808) 438-2234 no later than 4:00 P.M.
