- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The crane shall meet the following capabilities and requirements. The Max Capacity: Capacity NLT 10,000 Lbs @ 5' radius on tires, NLT 17,000lbs @ 5' radius on outriggers. Carrydeck Capacity: 14,000lbs. Boom Elevation - 60, Boom NMT 13' retracted and NLT 30' extended, horizontal boom pin to center block. Engine - The single engine shall be diesel, 71 HP Steering - Two wheel drive. Tire size - Rubber tires NLT 10:00x15 14 ply. Speed - Max travel speed 22 mph. Turning Radius - CL to outside wheel - 14'8 inches Other Specifications - Enclosed operator's cab with heater, defroster and windshield wipers, engine block heater, amber strobe light, boom work lights, dual rearview mirrors.
