- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to replace nine cylinder liners on the starboard inboard main propulsion 12 cylinder, 251 Alco Series engine. Quote to include removal of cylinder heads, disconnecting of connecting rods, replacement of liners, and all other removals necessary to complete replacement of liners. Restore all other removals. Work to be performed at Fort Mifflin from 30 July Through 8 August 2004. Work must be completed by 8 August in accordance with the te rms and conditions of Request for Quotation Number W912BU-04-T-0077. Quotes due by 2 PM Eastern Time on 28 July 2004. The acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12. No paper solicitation will be issued. Download the solicitation at ht tps://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil Hard copies will not be available. Vendors are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation and any amendments. All contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
