- Description
- Description of Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to drill, construct and develop two water wells. Location: Work under this Contract is located 10 miles north of Natrona, WY and 25 miles north of Waltman, WY. Both wells are in Natrona County Wyoming. The work locations are shown on the drawing. Work Data Sheet: Designates the type and quantity of work required at each project location, and dimensions required for typical well construction. DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING: Location: The Government furnished property will be delivered, on site. Time: Property will be available on site at the start of work except for the well screen. The well screen will be delivered on site within 7 days after logging of well and determination of need and spacing. Return of Unused Property: Return unused material to the location where it was received. Loading/Offloading/Transporting Property: The contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary material handling equipment to off-load and transport materials at the work site. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% emerging small business set-aside. A performance period of 30 calendar days has been established, with liquidated damages assessed for a delayed performance period, a daily amount of $547.84. With an estimated start date on or about 08/30/04. Solicitation to be issued 27 July, 2004. Payment protection is required in the amount of 100% of quote. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time.
