- Description
- This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The National Park Service, Department of Interior intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) at Fort Sumter National Monument in Sullivans Island, South Carolina to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and services for janitorial services at Liberty Square. Janitorial service is required to provide a safe, sanitary, environmentally protective, and esthetically pleasing environment, which includes the removal of trash and debris, the cleaning of restrooms, glass doors and windows, exhibits, HVAC grills, floors-interior tile, floors-interior carpet, walls-interior, surfaces-exterior, and the elevator. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for the project is 561720 and small business size standard is $14.0 million. Solicitation Number Q5430040008. Tentative issue date for RFQ is 08/10/2004. A firm fixed commercial order will be issued. Anticipated award date will be on or about 08/27/2004.
