- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Orlando, TSD intents to award a purchase order, on a sole-source basis, to Aechelon Technology, Inc for spare parts for the AV-8B Radar Night Attack Weapon Systems Trainer, Device 2F150A. These parts shall be delivered to MCAS Cherry Point, NC 28533. This Purchase Order will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth within FAR Part 13. This notice is published to satisfy the requirements of FAR Part 5. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but rather a notice of the Government?s intent. Please direct all questions regarding this Presolicitation Notice to the identified Contract Specialist.
