- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. This constitutes Amendment 0001 to combined synopsis/solicitation N00178-05-R-1002 issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division for the purchase of pager services. For proposal purposes, offerors shall use the following estimate of pagers to develop their total proposed contract price as listed below: 1.) 1 Way, Alphanumeric, Local Service, 165 ea, 2.) 1 Way, Numeric, Local Service, 20 ea, 3.) 1 Way, Alphanumeric, Nationwide Service, 78 ea, 4.) 1 Way, Numeric, Nationwide Service, 26 ea, 5.) 2 Way, Alphanumeric Nationwide Service, 8 ea. There are no other changes. The closing date remains 2 Aug 04 at 4:00pm (Eastern Daylight Time).
