- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, intends to issue a sole source award to Benthos, Inc., North Falmouth, Massachusetts, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is in accordance with a Sole Source Justification that describes the procurement of Acoustic Releases and a Deck Set. The resulting contract will be a fixed price. This synopsis is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
