- Description
- This is modification number three (3) to the original pre-solicitation notice. The purpose of this modification is to notify potential offerors of a change to the pre-solicitation notice originally posted to FedBizOps on June 3, 2004. The original notice is for Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS) (fast responsive, environmental cleanup services for hazardous substances/wastes/contaminants/materials and petroleum products/oil) in EPA Region II, in the states of New York and New Jersey. The June 3rd notice advised that the procurement would be a partial set-aside for small business and that the resulting awards would be time-and-materials contracts. The purpose of this notice is to advise potential offerors that the procurement will be a multiple award for one (1) full and open and one (1) small business set-aside fixed rate indefinite delivery/indefinite (IDIQ) contract, for a total of two contracts. The small business set-aside Request for Proposal was released on July 13, 2004 and amended on July 15, 2004, with a RFP receipt date of August 12, 2004. This receipt date remains unchanged for the small-business set-aside portion. This notice is to advise potential offerors that the RFP is being amended to include the full and open portion of the procurement. The RFP is available on the EPA website at http://www.epa.gov/oam/srpod/indes.htm. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562910.
