- RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENDED TO 8/13/2004. Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Services. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment including inspection and maintenance of all fire protection systems, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services specified in the contract. Work shall be performed at the Bricker Federal Building and Parking Facility, 200 N. High Street, Columbus, OH. The term of the contract is a 3-year base period with two 1-year options. Estimated start date is May 1, 2005. This is a small business set-aside negotiated procurement. Women owned and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit offers. NAICS is 561790 with a size standard of $6 million. The solicitation will be available on or about June 25, 2004. The actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. In order to obtain the solicitation documents, contractors must be registered at both the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) websites. IMPORTANT: No Federal material can be downloaded until registration has been completed at both sites. The solicitation will be available only through the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website (fedteds.gov). Mail, facsimile, telephone or electronic mail requests will not be honored. Those interested may gain access to FedTeDS by first registering with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov (you must have a valid Duns number issued by Dun & Bradstreet to register). Contractors will obtain a CCR PIN and CAGE Code after registering successfully. After registration in CCR, please visit the FedTeDS website at http://www.fedteds.gov. You will then be required to access the vendor registration form by selecting the hyperlink entitled ?Register with FedTeDS? and then choosing the ?Vendor Registration Form? hyperlink. You will be required to enter your CCR PIN and CAGE code or Duns number to receive a user name and password for FedTeDS. It is the vendor?s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps and FedTeDS for amendments, if any, to the solicitation.
