- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for specific make, model, and MFG Part Number of commercial items only prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) Number DITCO26JUL04. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-21. (iv) The NAICS code is 423430 the size standard is 1000 employees, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business. (v) Provide a price for each of the following CLINs, included is the MFG Part Number and Brand Name. (vi) CLIN 0001AA: NETSCREEN 500ES system, 2 dual port mini-GBIC SX I/O modules, 2 AC power supplies, 0 virtual systems. Part# NS-500ES-GB2-AC. quantity 4 each. CLIN 0001AB: NETSCREEN 500 I/O module; dual port mini-GBIC-SX (mini-GBIC gigabit ethernet, SX transceiver, dual port) quantity 4 each. CLIN 0001AC: Part# SVC-NDCE-N500ES-H; NBD onsite support program for NetScreen-500 ES system with GB2, all models(Prices to include SVC-CREDIT-N500ES-H service credit) quantity 4 each. CLIN 0002AA NETSCREEN 500ES system, 2 dual port mini-GBIC SX I/O modules, 2 AC power supplies, 0 virtual systems. Part# NS-500ES-GB2-AC. quantity 4 each.
