- This project consists of constructing a single asphalt surface treatment course with a fog seal on approx 30,000 sq. yards of roadway and parking areas (approx 1.5 miles of roadway and the associated parking areas) Project also consists of approx 1.5 miles of double yellow line pavement makings and parking lot markings. Project is located on the Spillway Road from the juncion with US Hwy 191 down to the launching ramp. Approx 3 miles Southwest of Dutch John, UT and approx 41 Miles North of Vernal, UT on Hwy 191. This project is estimated between $25,000 - $100,000. Soliction will be uploaded on approx August 10, 2004.
