- Description
- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with BAE Systems, P.O. Box 509008, San Diego, CA 92150-9008 for Socet Set software support. This is a follow-on requirement. Notwithstanding the Government?s intent to negotiate this requirement on a sole source basis with BAE Systems, responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by NOAA. Responses must be received within 15 days of the posting of this notice.
