Description

Note 29 applies, This procurement is set-aside for Small Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Department of the Veterans Affairs, on behalf of US Air Force, MacDill AFB, Florida is procuring MRI services to include personnel, equipment and supplies. The contract period will be from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (4) pre-priced option years. Solicitation will be available on or about July 30, 2004. Offers due no later than 3:00 PM EST on August 30, 2004. Electronic copies of the solicitation can be obtained free of charge from the Federal Business Opportunities website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Any and all questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621512, with a size standard of $11.5 million. Electronic offers will not be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of FY 05 funds.
