Description

Renewal of online subscription service to Periscope's USNI Military Database (weapons and nations) and monthly updates via FTP delivery and IP recognition for Maxwell Air Force Base for the period of two years, 1 Jan 2005 through 31 Dec 2006. Online subscription service will include: Weapons Database, Nations Orders of Battle Database, State Department Travel Advisories, World Fact Book, Special Reports, Daily Defense News Capsules, Weapons Database monthly updates, Nations Database monthly updates, and Terrorist Organizations Peacekeeping Forces. It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This agency intends to award to Periscope/United Communications Group, 11300 Rockville Pike, Suite 1100, Rockville, MD 20852. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUL-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 27-JUL-2004.
