Description

The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Marketing and Regulatory Programs plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract to Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052. The contract will be for a base year and 4 option years. The contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12. The services will include 200 TAM (Technical Account Manager) hours; 300 ASP (Alliance Support Professional) hours; 20 Support Incidents; Technical Support for hot fixes, critical problem alerts, multi-vendor coordination, monthly status meetings; Technical Information, newsflashes; on-site visits, Microsoft TechNet Plus Subscriptions, MSDN Subscription and unlimited-user Service Desk License.
