Description

The Contractor shall provide services for one-year base period with two one-year option periods for Functional Academic Skills Training (FAST)II. FAST consists of instruction in reading, mathematics, language skills and Armed Forces Classification Te st (AFCT) materials delivered in a traditional classroom augmented by media delivered materials, to include computer based instruction (CBI). Period of Performance to begin 1 October 2004. This procurement is unrestricted. Payment may be made by Government Credit Card. Contractor shall obtain and maintain during the life of this contract the cabability of accepting the Government Credit Card. Solicitation will be provide in response to written request only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, and telephone number, also furnish the Tax Identification Number, DUNS number, and Cage Code. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration(CCR)system to be awarded a Government Contract. A FAX req uest will be accepted. FAX number is (573-596-0267. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
