THIS SOLICITATION, ORIGINALLY ADVERTISED ON 22 JULY 2004, IS CHANGED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: NOTE NO. 8: A Pre-Proposal Conference and Contractor Site Visit has been scheduled for 0900 hrs on Thursday, September 2, 2004 in the Main Auditorium, Arnold A ir Force Base, TN. All parties planning to attend shall provide the following information to Ms. Peggy DeBray, Tennessee Area Office, 1433 Fifth Street, Arnold AFB, Tennessee 37389-9102, FAX (931) 454-6771, by noon, 26 August 2004. THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE IN NOTE 8 IS DELETED: No more than two (2) attendees will be permitted to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference per DLIS registration number. ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS UNCHANGED.
