Description

INSTITUTE OF SURGICAL RESEARCH, FT SAM HOUSTON, TX has a requirement for: FAXITRON DIGITAL SPECIMEN RADIOGRAPHY SYSTEM one each of the following: MX20-DC44 4 X 4 DIGITAL CAMERA; 1070-1007 CMOS CAMERA SYSTEM 4X 4 ; 2001-0001 SPECIMEN RADIOGRAPH CONTROLLER; 2009-0003 MONITOR, CRT, 1600 X 1200; 2010-0001 MOUSE PAD W/ FAXITRON LOGO; 2015-0004-309 SOFTWARE; FAXITRON DR VFR 3.0.9; 2018-0012 PCI CARD, CMOS CAMERA; MX-20 SPECIMEN SYS. INCLUDES FREIGHT, INSTALLATION, PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SERVICES, OPERATOR AND SERVICE MANUALS. The system shall be brand name or equal and shall be FDA approved. The contracting officer may request proof of FDA certification. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12.
