All requests must be made in writing. Fax copies of requests are authorized. There are limited quantities of the solicitation available and requests will be filled on a first-come-first serve basis. Anticipate release of solicitation o/a 16 Aug 04; technical questions due by 10:00 a.m. on 30 Aug 04.
