Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue several delivery orders in Government FY 2005 to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, in Owego, NY, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0014, for the following repairs, modifications, conversions, and enhancements of the Navy H-60 aircraft. Supplies and services covered under the orders will include Integrated Maintenance Plans (IMP) program services, H-60 related support equipment and associated technical data. Also, the orders will include engineering, technical and logistic services, as well as engineering, and logistic support services. Labor and material necessary to disassemble, inspect, evaluate, test, repair, modify, restore, calibrate, replace components, reassemble also will be covered under the orders. The orders will cover Integrated Electronic Technical Maintenance support, to include conversion of existing SH-60B AutoCAD source graphics to ActiveCGMT format schematics to intelligent schematics, and incorporating updates to the existing H-60 IETM data. Technical, management, and process support necessary to maintain MH-60S operational software, vendor software, maintenance-related software, and laboratory support software will also be covered. The H-60 mission avionics and H-60 IETMS will require repair, modifications, conversion, and enhancements (including proprietary programming code) that was developed solely by LMSI.
