Description

The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound has a requirement, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), for four each ruggedized universal power supplies (UPS). The UPS?s must meet MIL-S-901D testing for shock and vibration. Copies of MIL/FED specs, QPL, may be obtained from the ASSIST database on the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil. Additional equipment required with the UPC?s: four each bypass panel, eight fuse kits, four each web based management cards, four each rack mount chassis; and startup (includes wiring check, programming, and basic training). The procedures of FAR Part 13.5 will be utilized. Delivery of materials and installation will be at PSNS, Bremerton, WA, no later than 15 January 2005. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. The government anticipates the solicitation will be posted to the NECO website on or about 29 July 2004.
