Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC-SD) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) number N66001-04-R-0069 for the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to provide C4ISR test and evaluation, system integration, operational support, system engineering, and configuration management for the Over The Horizon Targeting (OTH-T) Development program. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 88,200 hours over five years (35,280 hours for the two-year base period and 52,920 hours for a three-year option period). This is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541330 and the small business size standard is $23,000,000. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) E-Commerce Web Page at http://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil under Business Opportunities-SSC San Diego. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site.
