Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. The United States Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is interested in receiving information, which may include observing presentation and demonstrations, on technology and products for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for parking lot security. This RFI is for market research being conducted in order to ascertain the feasibility and limitations of using CCTV technology, either under development or off-the-shelf, for parking lot security. Responses are due to the POC no later than August 31, 2004 at 12:00 Noon EDT and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail only to: acquisitions@saa.senate.gov Access to information in any files attached to the response is the responsibility of the submitting party. The SAA is not responsible for any failure to access information. The subject line of the e-mail message shall be 2004-RFI-001 CCTV System. The response must contain: 1) General Information about your firm (Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Telephone Number, E-mail address, DUNS Number, and Tax ID Number); 2) Technical product literature that demonstrates the CCTV functions and features; 3) GSA or commercial price lists (if available); and 4) references (agency/client name, point of contact, and phone number). At the SAA?s option, product demonstrations may be requested from vendors responding to this announcement. These demonstrations shall be performed at the United States Senate, Washington D.C. in the fall of 2004 and should take no longer than three hours. The Senate or the SAA will not be responsible for any costs for the preparation of responses to this announcement or demonstrations. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND IS THE ONLY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SAA OR U.S. SENATE. REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL NOT BE HONORED.
