- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Merck vaccines for the continued storage and rotation of Government owned vaccines: Measeles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella, Hepatitis B, Haemophilis b Conjugate. The anticipated performance period is for a base period of 12 months with four 12 month option periods. The vaccine listing above may expand over the course of the five year contract period. Authority: 41 U.S.C 253 (c)(1), services are available from only one responsible source. Solicitation will be posted on or about August 12, 2004. Sources that believe they can meet the requirements should provide proof of their ability via email to: arbrown@cdc.gov. Only email will be accepted from potential sources.
