- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential small business contractors capable of expanding a parking lot at the Emergency Room at the Fort Belknap Health Center on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation, Harlem, Montana. The project consists of replacing and expanding the parking lot, hot-mix asphalt paving, earthwork, storm drainage and cast-in-place concrete work. The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The completion is 60 days after notice to proceed. Requests for this invitation for bid should be submitted by August 11, 2004. Prospective bidders should advise the issuing office whether their firm wants to receive further pre-solicitation notices. This acquisition is restricted to any small business firm pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656.
