- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing residential Comprehensive Sanctions Center (CSC) with Mother with Infants (MINT) services for male and female Federal offenders in the Phoenix, Arizona (County of Maricopa) area. Specific location shall encompass State Route 51 to State Road 101 from west to east and from interstate 10 to Shea Boulevard from south to north. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, ?Comprehensive Sanctions Center with MINT Program, revised December 2000, August 2001, November 2001, May 2002, October 2003, and July 2004.? This is a firm-fixed unit price indefinite quantity type contract. The services are estimated to be 75% male and 25% female. The minimum number of inmate days for the base period, option years one, three, and four are 14,600 (10,950 males/3,650 females); for option year two 14,640 (10,980 males/3,660 females); and the maximum number of inmate days for the base period, option years one, three, and four are 25,550 (20,075 males/5,475 females); for option year two 25,620 (20,130 males/5,490 females), respectively. The solicitation will be available on or about September 28, 2004, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP200-0835-WR will be on or about November 27, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
