Description

The contarctor shall provide backlog dermatology services to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN. Services include dermatologist, facility, all necessary equipment, labor, material and supplies to perform dermatological services in accordance with the requirements of the statement of work. The contract period from date of award through September 30, 2004 and one option to renew. Evaluations, treatments, and procedures shall be performed by board certified/eligible dermatologist. NAICS is 62111. Solicitation available 7/28/04. Response due date is August 20, 2004 2:00pm Central Standard Time.
