Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 ? Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. This is a 100% set-aside for small business procurement. The Standard Industrial Code is 512191. The size standard is 25 million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Employee Education System (EES), intends to procure assorted videotapes to support VHA Diversity programs. The following videotapes are required: 1.) Four-part videotape series ? Dialogue: Now You?re Talking! Series includes: Communicating in a Diverse World, Dialogue for Cultural Understanding; Dialogue Between Genders; and Dialogue Among Generations ? Qty: 12 sets; 2.) Facilitator Guides/Handouts Supporting the Dialogue Videotapes ? Qty: 12 each; 3.) VHS Videotape ? We Need To M.E.E.T ? Qty: 9 each; 4.) Smart-Start Respect VHS Tape ? Qty: 9 each; 5.) Facilitator Guides Supporting Line Item 3 & 4 ? Qty: 9 each; 6.) Three Part Series Sexual Harassment In The WorkPlace: It?s Not Enough to Know Better: Series include: Comprehensive Leader?s Guide and 12 Vignettes PN: SEX-56VHS ? Qty: 2 each; 7.) Video & Leaders Guide ? A Peacock In The Land Of Penguins, PN: PEA-10VHS ? Qty: 2 each; 8.) Videotape ? EEO Compliance For Supervisors & Managers ? Qty: 1 each; 9.) Videotape ? Sexual Harassment: Serious Business ? Qty: 1 each; 10.) Videotape Series As Simple As Respect: Diversity, Respect & Inclusion In The Workplace, which includes Videotapes, Meeting Opener, Leader?s Guide, Reproducible Participant Materials, Presentation & ?Simple Step?
