Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 is soliciting offers to provide Home Infusion Therapy supplies and services for veterans located within the service areas of the Louisville Medical Center (LVAMC) in Louisville Kentucky. Actual service area to include several counties in the State of Kentucky and several counties in Indiana. Typical contractor duties include providing IV equipment and maintenance, pharmacy support, and in-housing teaching requirements as specified in the solicitation Statement of Work. Evaluation criteria are described in the solicitation. It is estimated that a contract award will be made during September 2004, with services to begin 10/01/04. This contract will be for a one-year period. Offers are due no later than 4:00PM local time August 12, 2004. No telephone requests for solicitations will be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging any amendments. This is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification Code for this procurement is 621610. The solicitation is available as a web based document and should be downloaded by interested parties.
