- Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division, Patuxent River MD 2.5.1.4 has a requirement to obtain a MI-1797B, MI-3323 8. This is a notice of intent to request a proposal from and negotiate with MI Technologies, Suwanee GA who has been identified as the only company to offer a direct replacement for microwave receiver, multiplexer and signal source. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price order will be awarded to MI Technologies for the materials. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD), Patuxent River, MD proposes a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this procurement. FAR clause 52.212-1, ?Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial? applies to this solicitation. All offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, ?Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items?, in its offer. FAR clause 52.212-4, ?Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items? applies to this solicitation. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government.
