Description

VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville, TN Campus, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212-2637 is soliciting A/E services SF-330s on an unrestricted basis (large and small businesses). The firm shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment and architectural engineering services as required to prepare complete contract drawings, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates throughout construction for project 626-05-102 to "REPLACE BOILERS, UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE". Work includes mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing, fire protection, architectural and industrial hygiene. Construction Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A/E interview criteria and short list criteria may be found at www.va.gov/facmgt/ae/. Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF-330 with appropriate documentation to Karen Reeves, Contracting Officer (90C), VISN 9, Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 by August 30, 2004, 4:00 p.m. cst. The forms may be downloaded from www.gsa.gov/forms. Faxed copies will not be accepted. No bid packages are available. This is not a request for proposal. Award is subject to availability of funds.
