Description: THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT TO W914NS-04-R-0160 IS TO UPDATE INDUSTRY ON THE CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN AMMAN, JORDAN AND TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE PROPOSAL. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL REMAIN UNCHANGED. 1. The pre-proposal conference will be on 11 and 12 of August 2004 in Amman, Jordan. It will be held at a hotel in Amman. The name of the hotel will be posted later or you may call or e-mail the point of contact after 3 August 2004. 2. The proposal is due at 1700 hours, Baghdad time, on 10 September 2004.
