- Description
- The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), a wholly owned Government Corporation, intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor who will pilot a field network evaluation study, deploying indigenous field-research analysts to study the implementation of the Corporation for National and Community Service?s programs at the state and local levels, the contribution of Corporation programs to the capacity of grantee organizations and community institutions at the local level, and the impact of the Corporation?s policies and strategic initiatives on grantee organizations. The pilot will test the evaluation plan proposed by the Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government in March of 2004 and provide a further blueprint for implementing a full field network study. It is CNCS intention to award a contract consisting of a base period with one (1) option period. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541720. All interested parties must request a copy of the solicitation. Requests for the solicitation will be accepted by email (kmitchell@cns.gov and by fax (202.565.2777) only. No telephonic requests will be accepted. The estimated release date of this solicitation is August 6, 2004.
