- The Site Visit for this Proposal will be Thursday, August 19, 2004 at 9:00 a.m, (e.d.t.). Offerors and Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER TIME TO VIEW THE SITE AND PRESENT PERTINENT QUESTIONS (NO EXCEPTIONS).
